PABLO NERUDA

Pablo Neruda nasceu em Parral (Chile) no dia 12 de Julho de 1904 e morreu em Santiago (Chile) no dia 23 de setembro de 1973 aos 69 anos e hoje registramos 43 anos da sua morte. Importante poeta chileno, bem como um dos mais importantes poetas da língua castelhana do século XX e cônsul do Chile na Espanha (1934 — 1938) e no México. Neruda recebeu o  Nobel de Literatura em 1971.
